EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
for

DrWebFileManager 2.0(.x) Light
or
DrWebFileManager 2.0(.x ) Classic
or
DrWebFileManager 2.0(.x) Professional
x - subversion number form 0 to 9

This software license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and DATAROAD s.r.o. ("DATAROAD"), for the DATAROAD software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. The SOFTWARE is the property of DATAROAD and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.
Only for DrWebFileManager Light

You may:

Install and use an unlimited number of copies the DrWebFileManager Light.
Use one or more copies of the DrWebFileManager Light free of charge for non-commercial use.
Copy and distribute freely the DrWebFileManager Light (see DrWebFileManager Light DISTRIBUTION).

You may not:
Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it or create derivative works based upon the SOFTWARE, or remove any proprietary notices or labels on or in the SOFTWARE.
Only for DrWebFileManager Classic

If you have purchased a valid DrWebFileManager 2.0 Classic (or older) from DATAROAD or one of its authorized resellers, you may install the SOFTWARE on only one server computer and only under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Only for DrWebFileManager Professional

If you have purchased a valid DrWebFileManager 2.0 Professional from DATAROAD or one of its authorized resellers, you may install the SOFTWARE on only one server computer and only under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Only for DrWebFileManager Classic or DrWebFileManager Professional

You may not:
Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it or remove any proprietary notices or labels on or in the SOFTWARE.
FURTHER LICENSE RESTRICTIONS (for all versions):
You may not:

Sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.
You agree that you shall only use the SOFTWARE in a manner that complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which you use the SOFTWARE.
Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE shall remain in DATAROAD. The SOFTWARE is protected by the copyright laws. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights shall be retained by the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law. This License Agreement gives you no rights to such content.
DrWebFileManager Light DISTRIBUTION:

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the DrWebFileManager Light as you wish and distribute it to anyone , burn it onto custom CD-Roms (or other media) and upload it to Free/Shareware Listservers as long as the original package remains unmodified. You are not allowed to sell the DrWebFileManager Light (except for shipment and handling charges). Computers Magazines are authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform us by e-mail each time you distribute the DrWebFileManager Light. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by DATAROAD.
The program is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the program and for results obtained.

DATAROAD makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the program software and, with respect thereto, DATAROAD shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the program including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. DATAROAD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. DATAROAD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
